Welcome to the Upright Athlete App! Log in to access your customized Home Exercise Program on your mobile device. Utilize this application to access your personalized Home Exercise Program, complete with high-definition instructional videos. Within the 'Messages' section, securely communicate with your designated Upright Athlete provider. Earn recognition for your achievements as you complete exercises, receiving trophies and medals to mark your progress. In the 'Awards' segment, monitor and track these accomplishments. If you require assistance in a language other than English, navigate to the 'More' section and select 'Languages' to choose an alternative language. Visit the 'Appointments' tab for booking details if necessary. Remember to select 'Mark as Complete' upon finishing exercises for seamless tracking of progress by your provider. Access to this application is exclusive to Upright Athlete patients. This app seamlessly integrates with your iPhone's Health app, capturing daily step count data, allowing your provider to oversee your activity.
